Vidri's newsletter: email, language and the date and wording of your consent, to send you EcoGlass Creations news. We currently store subscriptions but do not send campaigns yet.

3. Legal basis

Contact and For Brands: your request and any pre-contractual steps you ask for (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent when submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a).

Technical data: legitimate interest in providing a secure, working website (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Recipients and providers

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. Data is stored on Lovable's infrastructure (website hosting and database), acting as data processor. [Confirm provider, processing agreement and server location]

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC), which means your browser shares your IP address with Google. [Consider self-hosting fonts to avoid this]

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards apply (e.g. the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). [Confirm with each provider]

6. Retention

Enquiries and requests: as long as needed to handle them and then for the applicable limitation periods. [Define exact period]

Newsletter: until you withdraw your consent.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to [Correo de contacto]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Newsletter unsubscribe

To unsubscribe, write to [Correo de contacto] with your email address. Once we start sending campaigns, every message will also include an unsubscribe link.
